NOG Studio’s flagship skill, NOG’s lighting artist is actually in charge of the game’s render generally speaking.
20% of the job consists in lighting environments and characters and the other 80% consists in communication with the teams to improve the render, notably answering to PBR constraints, lightmaps, textures, topologies, etc.
Collaborating regularly with the arts direction and sometimes concept artists, our role is to improve the graphic quality to the highest level while staying true to performance goals.
